While trying on these gowns, your salon consultant will pin or hold each one to help you envision what your dress will look like in your size. Once you've made a selection, the order is placed and your salon specifies any customized revisions to the neckline, sleeves, fabric or ornamentation (sequins, beading, etc.) And, in fact, only a full service salon offers you the luxury of being able to make changes like these. If you order from a less-reputable store or unauthorized dealer, you may end up with a dress that's satin rather than the silk you ordered- or one with short sleeves when you specifically wanted long. Your salon can also help you select lingerie, shoes, gloves, and other bridal accessories- most of which will be right on hand in the shop.
